Digital Images

When you purchase a digital image you are not buying the image itself but a licence to use that image under specific conditions. Digital images may not be copied, given away, or sold under any circumstances (Images in the e-mail folder on the CD may be sent to friends or relatives but not sold for profit). Prints of digital images may be given to friends and relatives, but may not be sold or used for commercail (i.e. money making) ventures (you may purchase a commercial licence for for use in advertising, business cards etc).

Advertising

Images may not be reproduced in any media (local papers, flyers, magazines etc) without written permission. Permission is generally granted to use images for advertising and promoting dancing without cost providing the byline "Photo by Ashley West" accompanies each photo.
